Each cake is crafted with care, using a traditional process that takes a minimum of 24 hours. I meticulously laminate real butter into the dough, allowing it to rest after each layer to achieve that perfect flaky texture.
What sets my Mille-Feuille apart from commercially made versions is my commitment to using only the finest ingredients. I never use margarine; instead, I opt for rich, real butter. Additionally, I use genuine vanilla beans for a depth of flavor that artificial extracts simply can’t replicate.
This cake is not just dessert; it’s an experience. Each slice reveals layers of velvety cream nestled between crisp pastry, making it a delightful choice for any occasion.
